Fingerlakes Wine Country
According to Indian legend the Great Spirit was so taken with the beauty of this region that he placed his hand on the land, his fingers forming the five major Fingerlakes of New York State.
Personal note: This area is near and dear to my heart. I don't know which lake is pictured. But, I do know that these lakes were made by glaciers...and not by a big hand.

Feest!
Feest is dutch for a festival...I'm not sure what we're celebrating. The best part of this card is that the hats are stickers!
From my friend, Leslie!
Avondjapon
I think this dress is in the same museum. No designer name is on the card. The title of the card is Avondjapon.
From my friend, Leslie!
Maggy Rouff
Here is another dress in that museum, made by Maggie Rouff (1896-1971).

Gabrielle 'Coco' Chanel
I did a little research about this card, because it is dutch, but it had a very familiar name in the text.
This dress was by the original Coco Chanel. It is in a museum in The Netherlands. Gabrielle 'Coco" Chanel lived from 1883-1971 and was a pioneer in the fashion industry.
I think the dress is gorgeous!!

Statue
This card is from Japan, but I don't know where the statue is or what it is called.

Blue Ridge Parkway
Linville Falls
Blue Ridge Parkway
One of the favorite stops along the Parkway, this unusual picture shows both the cascading upper falls and spectacular lower falls plummeting 90' to the river below.
